Notes and comments.

Mr Dauncey, as far as I can recall, supervised swimming at Queen St Baths, for those of us who could not face the weekly cross-country run up Brackensdale Ave. and over the four or five fields to the Mackworth Water Tower and back.

Mr Catton - he was killed in an accident with a lorry as he cycled to school in late 1950 or 1951

Slight correction Stuart - Mr Catton's fatal accident occured in March 1955 on Uttoxeter Road.
